Crispy duck leg confit served over stewed green lentils, citrus infused olive
tapenade and sherry reduction

Zuppa di Patata
Yukon Gold potato-leek bisque with a Parmigiano Reggiano profiterole
and garnished with crispy prosciutto

Ostriche Fritte
Pan-fried semolina crusted Wellfleet oysters over celery root slaw, pancetta lardons,
arugula crème fraiche and garnished with Bowfin caviar

Brasata di Manzo
Slow braised bone-in beef short ribs with local red and golden beet salad, topped
with crispy capers and shaved radish

Risotto alla Scampi
Scampi prawns sautéed with garlic, white wine and olive oil, served over squid ink
risotto; garnished with red bell peppers and parsley salad
 
Osso Bucco

Slow roasted pork Osso Bucco with a grilled vegetable antipasto, chickpea fritto
and a scallion-gorgonzola emulsion

Baked native Honeycrisp apples with oat biscotti and cinnamon gelato
