Butter poached lobster, cracker meal Strangolapreti pasta, parmigiana brodetto, asparagus, purple cabbage
Grilled Quail with frisee salad, pomegranate agro-dulce, shaved butternut squash and pomegranate seeds
Black garlic filled pappardelle style ravioli, sauteed broccoli rabe,  toasted fennel seed sausage, tomato passatta Roasted Beets, whipped ricotta, black mission fig, baby kale,  saffron honey, Fresno chili with beet chips
----- Second Course -----
Arborio rice with Maine lobster, rock shrimp and scallop, sauce Americana, roasted sunchokes, celeriac and gremolata
Lamb T-bone with fregula “tabbouleh” salad with cherry tomatoes, flat leaf parsley, white balsamic vinaigrette, olive dust and salsa verde
Swordfish “Aqua Pazza” stewed San Marzano tomatoes, fennel, razor garlic, capers, basil, olive oil with red pepper aioli, crouton

Sunday Sauce” Braised fennel seed sausage, Nonna's meatballs, pork ribs, beef short rib, tomato ragout, over creamy polenta, Mountain gorgonzola

House-made delicate ladyfinger cookies dipped in espresso, layered with whipped Mascarpone cheese, shaved dark chocolate over espresso and spiced rum syrup
